Tommy Barnett is the co-Pastor of Phoenix First and the Founder of the Los Angeles Dream Center. Since his arrival at Phoenix First in 1979, the church has grown to over 20,000 in attendance. In recent years, Tommy has focused on speaking at conferences around the world and writing books.
